This pen was manufactured on behalf of the oldest manufacturer of ink in France (always in activity), the company J.Herbin

This pen measures nearly 14 cm. The body is made of black resin on a brass base. The body contains the signature of Charles de Gaulle and the single number of each pen.The top of the cap is made of fine gold with another signature of Charles de Gaulle. 2 stars (Brigadier general) are on the clip which is made of bronze and fine gold (details of oaks ) The nib is made of 18 carats gold engraved with a rhodium Cross of Lorraine. A free box of cartridges is offered with this pen and you can choose within a choice of three nib sizes: fine,medium,large. ( The medium is a medium ++, the fine is somewhere between a real fine and a medium size )
